Commission Process + FAQs
Commissions are open!
I often get a lot of questions about commissions, and I am happy to answer as best I can! Here is a more detailed dive into the world of commissions and the questions I often get asked…

Q: What is a commission and why would I ask for one?
A: A commission is a piece of work that is specifically requested by a customer for themselves or for another recipient. Someone might request a piece because they love an artist’s work but want a specific size, content, mood, and color palette to match their vision.
Q: What is the process of a commission?
A: Please visit my commission page HERE to see samples, reviews, and begin by filling out a form. We will then talk through email or phone call to discuss the complete vision. Once decided, I will send the requestor a pdf to review and sign. This pdf will include an estimate of time and the cost of the final piece. To begin, I ask all requestors sign this pdf as well as send a check for 25% of the piece to help with material cost and to secure your commission spot. (If at the end, the requestor does not wish to purchase the final piece, this 25% WILL be refunded).
During the painting process, I will send progress photos and updates to the requestor. Total painting process can take 4-6 weeks depending on size. Once the piece is complete, I will review the final product with the requestor and allow time for the painting to dry. When the final purchase is made, I can wrap up the piece and get it ready for delivery.
Q: Which countries do you ship to?
A: Currently, I only deliver to the U.S. If you are located somewhere else, let’s chat and I’ll see what I can do to accommodate you.
Q: What sizes do you offer?
I can do any sizes ranging from 8" - 48". If you have a specific size in mind, you can contact me to confirm this is possible.
Q: Do you accept returns on commissions?
Because a commission is a custom order, I don't offer returns once purchased, unless damaged in transit.
